GirlGuiding New Zealand collects personal information through this registration form. Personal information is collected directly from adult participants, and indirectly from parents or legal guardians on behalf of youth participants where they have the appropriate authority, for Guiding-related purposes and to deliver our services, including event administration, health and safety and safeguarding requirements.

Personal information is stored securely and handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and all subsequent amendments. Individuals, and where applicable parents or guardians, have the right to access and request correction of the personal information we hold. Providing this information is voluntary; however, if information is not provided, we may be unable to confirm participation or provide certain services.
